Wool Fest '06

Join us at Sunpower Farm on Father's Day, June 18, 2006 from 10-4 for WOOL FEST '06! Our Festival will feature:

*Traditional Blade Sheep Shearing Demonstrations

*Wool Sale Tent, featuring locally grown fleeces and wool products from Monadnock area fiber artists. Sunpower Farm wool, specially grown and processed for felters, will also be available.

*Border Leicester and Monadnock Mini lambs for sale to visit, touch and feed

*Live Morris Dancing

*Border Collie demonstrations featuring Jemini and Cricket

*Wool Fairy Garden Tour

*Walk the Labarynth

*Heritage Breed Turkeys, featuring Royal Palm and Bourbon Red turkeys.

*Bantam Chicks to hold and purchase for a miniature egg laying flock

*VJ Blues Missouri Fox Trotters (come see the new baby!)

*Live Music

*Food available, or bring a picnic!

Admission: $5.00 for Moms, $2.50 for kids, and in honor of his special day, DADS ARE FREE!

Be there Rain or Shine! Please leave all of your pets at home.

DIRECTIONS: From Keene, NH, Take Route 9W toward Brattleboro. Turn Right on Route 9A toward Spofford Village. Take 1st right onto Westmoreland Road, travel 1 1/2 miles to #309 on left.
